As a digital marketing expert with multiple degrees and diplomas, he has a proven track record of helping numerous brands achieve success through his expertise in online marketing and advertising.

The combination of his background in the recruiting and marketing industries led him to explore ways of merging these two domains. He then quickly crossed paths with several agencies in Germany, where social recruiting is a prominent business model. This led him to conduct in-depth studies and practical applications in 2022. Through this research, Steven developed his own method, forming the foundation of Leads4Talent.
